LEVEL UP celebrates its fifth edition at Messezentrum Salzburg on June 28 - 29, 2025. With around 10,000 visitors expected, the largest gaming event in western Austria will be even more exciting, interactive and diverse than ever before.
Three new stages - more action, more variety
For the first time, LEVEL UP is offering three themed stages, that provide the various gaming communities with their own platform and ensure even more variety and action:
The best players will compete for the title on the eSports Stage. The Counter-Strike 2 final of the DACH CS Masters will be held live on site, as will the Valorant final of the ESSL, Austria's first school eSports championship. High tension is guaranteed!
The Raiffeisen Club Community Stage focuses on interactive experiences. Here, visitors can put their skills to the test in tournaments, take part in quiz formats and compete against each other in challenges.
With the new Cosplay Stage cosplayers will have their own stage for the first time. Competitions, shows and presentations will put the spotlight on the impressive costumes and performances and celebrate the diversity of the cosplay community.
“We want to offer each gaming community its own stage and create an even more interactive and varied festival experience,” explains Lena Braito, Exhibition Director LEVEL UP.
Gaming areas for a unique festival experience
Apart from the stages, LEVEL UP offers numerous experience zones that turn the festival into a real gaming paradise.
The Gaming Zone will be the central meeting point for gamers, developers and technology fans. Here you can compete with eSports professionals, play a leisurely round with friends, try out the latest hardware or find out more about future training and job opportunities from our exhibitors.
In the uRage Free2Play Area numerous games are waiting to be tested extensively - including the latest gaming peripherals.
Strategy and retro fans will get their money's worth in the Tabletop & Trading Card Games Area and the Retro Area . Classic games, iconic consoles and trading card duels bring nostalgia to life.
Creativity takes center stage in the Artist Alley . Artists and merchants from all over Europe present their works - from comics, anime and manga to unique fan art pieces.
The Indie Games Area offers a stage for independent developers. Visitors have the opportunity to try out new games directly with the developers, give feedback and gain exclusive insights into the gaming world away from the mainstream.
In the Community Area everything revolves around the exchange between gaming fans. Shared experiences, networking and exciting tournaments make it a hotspot for everyone who not only wants to experience gaming, but also celebrate it together.
