The registration deadline is June 13, 2025, and all participants will receive their final acceptance or rejection and the times for the pre-judging by June 20 at the latest. The pre-judging will take place on Sunday morning before the cosplay contest.

ATTENTION: Only cosplays that are mostly (at least 80%) self-made are allowed in this contest. If you have a purchased cosplay, you are welcome to participate in the Performance Contest .
