Do you have an idea for a workshop or talk at LEVEL UP?

As a workshop leader, you will receive a free 2-day pass, and if you need an assistant, they will receive a free 1-day pass (the assistant MUST actively participate in the workshop). If you have already registered as an artist/vendor, you will receive a discount of 20 % on your booth fee. If you indicated your interest in a workshop when registering for another area at LEVEL UP, please fill out the details in this form.

Registration deadline: March 15
Everyone will receive their final acceptance or rejection by the end of March at the latest!

The workshops can come from a wide variety of categories (gaming, cosplay, K-Pop, drawing, photography, etc.). We ask you to state as precisely as possible in the description what you intend to do and what you need for it.
