Welcome to the LEVEL UP Registration for Artists and Vendors.
!! By the end of February at the latest, all applicants in the Artist Alley will receive their final acceptance or rejection!

At LEVEL UP you can choose one of two packages:
Package 1: Artists
- 1 Table and 1 Chair on-site (Size min. 160x80cm)*
- uniform back wall
- 2 exhibitor passes & 1 parking card for the duration of the festival
- Mention in the list of exhibitors with logo + link
- Costs for both festival days: 100,- Euro excl. VAT
Package 2: Vendors
- 2 Tables & 2 Chairs (Size 200x50cm)*
- uniform back wall
- 2 exhibitor passes & 1 parking card for the duration of the festival
- Mention in the list of exhibitors with logo + link
- Costs for both festival days: 290,- Euro excl. VAT
* Table sizes are subject to change. The final table sizes will be announced with the confirmations at the end of February.
Add-Ons:
- Additional Table* € 20,-
- Additional Chair* € 15,-
- Electricity incl. consumption € 30,-
- Additional exhibitor pass € 18,-
- Feature on Instagram: Collective post with max. 5 other artists/vendors as a collab post € 20,-
* as long as stocks last
